Adrián Horacio Herrera Méndez has extensive experience advising local and international clients in the creation and administration of efficient legal structures for asset preservation, succession planning, investments, and international mobility. Throughout his professional career, he has developed significant expertise in corporate law, trusts, private interest foundations, banking, AML/CFT compliance, risk management, and regulatory advisory services, working closely with leading law firms, fiduciary companies, and financial institutions in Panama.
